Very bad experience !!. I was not at home but my daughter was and they took advantage of her lack of knowledge . They charge 98 dollars an hour . They changed 2 connectors so for was 205 dollars. Then they wanted to replace termostat that will be another 150 I didn't allowed. Talked the guy and he assured that unit was working just needed a new termostat .
