It has been an absolute nightmare of an experience dealing with this doctor and his office. He's a very inconsistent doctor and in my experience does not seem to take my concerns seriously. His office staff has also been extremely inconsistent. They frequently don't answer the phone, and even when I have gone to the office in person and asked to speak with a receptionist I've been told someone would call me back, only for that call never to happen.
