Was referred to this agency by VU, I don't know why, guess they got bamboozled by fake positive reviews. After initial consultation, absolutely no legwork by the agent - I simply got listings sent from a realty website, I could've done the same thing with Zillow. Half the listings were for condo units in complexes in the city, after I'd stressed that I was looking for single-family properties in rural areas.
