Shopped local, that was my mistake. Had my alternator replaced in February 2026. Live out of state and 4 months later the alternator went out. Local Goodyear doesn’t honor the “guarantee” (that isn’t reflected on the invoice). Was told to try to return the alternator to my local O’Riley’s and got laughed out the door. Feels like they took advantage of someone that lives out of town. Went here on a recommendation from a family member, but we won’t be returning.

I supported local in Lake Charles. This place is great. It has reasonable prices and they are quick, yet friendly. My chair barely warmed from my brief wait!
