Left a septic hole in my ceiling from febuary to July and did not fix it. Then charges me 1000 to fix it after we move out because he sold the house somehow and says it was our fault. Not sure what lie he peddled about the house damage but the toilet certainly wasn't sealed which caused it all to come down through the ceiling. By far the worst landlord I've ever had. Misleading ads (apts look way worse in real life), apartments are in poor condition, not maintained, unresponsive and useless management, good luck getting anything fixed by them. My Pittsburgh apartment building is decrepit, full of holes, and fills up with cigarette smoke, solvent fumes, and car exhaust every day. I wouldn't use them if they leased their apartments for free.
Currently renting a 3 bedroom apartment. Landlord seemed very nice at first but he’s completely disconnected from this property. TERRIBLE communication. I’ve had strangers key into my home multiple times without prior notification. Maintenance requests take forever to be fulfilled, if at all! Floors were laid terribly. The yard is disgusting, full of trash. When you call to report issues everyone passes the buck. I strongly disapprove this property management company.
Possibly the worst company I have ever rented from. Does not respond in a timely fashion, and most certainly does not care about its tenants. Our apartment was 90 degrees for over a month with multiple promises that the AC would be fixed and it never happened. We also never had a mailbox because the company couldn’t “figure out” how to give the mailman a key to open the door to our apartment building. After living in this city for five years, this was the worst company I’ve been associated with.
