Braider was doing all kinds of other stuff while doing my hair so a simple style took way longer than it should have and she didn't even give me what I asked for even though she said she saw the picture. This is the 2nd time I've gone there and over paid for mediocre service. Will not be returning. They don't care about customer satisfaction only their bottom line. Not the kind of business I like to patronize.

Adah is wonderful! She does the neatest cornrows I've ever had! No tight bumps and doesn't pull out your edges! Super neat job!
I took my daughter in for box braids. I showed the braider a photo of the style more than once and she still did it wrong. I wanted to be mad but couldn’t because she was an older lady and tried her best I guess but just couldn’t get it right. Rather than be mad, I’ll just find a new braiding spot. Only about two braiders know what they are doing. Just be sure to show a pic and be sure that the braider knows how to do the style before you sit in the chair.
