Was verry unprfesional I do not recomend this comoany at all avoid at all cost.
Adarand would be nothing without their estimator Cyndi. Everyone is always thanking the men of the company, but when was the last time Cyndi has been put in a positive spotlight? She’s intelligent as hell and gets her jobs done so right. Can we give this badass a raise and at least a months worth of paid vacation!?! Not enough appreciation is shown for her in so many aspects, and I just wanted to share how incredibly of a human she is and how lucky Adarand is to have her.
