You pay an exorbitant amount in rent and feel like you’re living in the slums. Park at Walden Lake Plant City. They say maintenance is on its way and 5 weeks later I’m still waiting!!!
The point of this post is fair warning to residents...do not die alone in your apartment...having a loved one pass, recently, this way, Arella/Adara, refused entry to his apartment to me even after the M.E. report was released...sounds like a lawsuit to me...
I wasn’t going to leave a review, but it’s heavy on my heart to inform others before signing with this management company. I am truly disappointed at the quality of care I received at Adara Communities as a resident. Most of the five star reviews are from employees, but as a resident my experience was unsettling. I was disappointed to find out that my apartment at 22 North was infested with roaches upon move in.
