I called this place needing to fill a doctor's prescription for a knee brace. The instructions from the doctor and the hospital was that I needed to bring the brace with me to surgery. Adaptive Prosthetics & Orthotics refused to fill the prescription stating it was their policy not to provide knee braces before surgery. I couldn't believe they refused to fill a doctor's prescription. Update after seeing owners review: Note that this is the only facility from here to Springfield that refused to fill the prescription. I gave one star because I couldn't give zero. I had the same issue. Go in with a prescription for a walking boot. Broken ankle. I was told maybe in a few days. The woman was completely unprofessional and had a serious attitude. I took my prescription back and brought it to Flynn's Pharmacy. 10 minutes later I had a boot. I get there are rules to follow. But belittling and arrogance are not good customer service traits.
