The 1st nurse pulled my husbands picc line out during a dressing change and I had to take him back to the ER, they had to redo it to another location. Attempted to give them another shot with a different nurse and she was supposed to call today with a time it’s now almost 10 pm and still no call. Do not use this company

I will try to use the nicest words possible...this company sucks. I don't even know if they could have helped with my PT or not, they were so rude to my husband and then completely refused to even respond to my calls and texts. I feel that Brigitte needs to find a new job, though. She clearly doesn't like the one she has AND she's terrible at it.

I have never had such a horrible experience. Our order for home health was sent in on May 22nd. It is June 4th and no one from Adaptive Home Health has shown up despite my step-father having acute needs for skilled nursing. I have probably left 15 voice mails and have not yet had a phone call returned. When someone does answer the phone at Adaptive, they are unable to provide a reason for why they haven't shown up and then say that they will call me back. Hit repeat on that scenario for ten days. Highly do not recommend.

A either nurse or aide pulled out in front on me while I'm going speed limit with no regard for my children in my car. And proceeds to laugh when I'm trying to get number and plate information. That is really professional healthcare. Hockley, TX. And then when I call to report they just said okay thank you instead of saying okay we'll talk to that employee we will discuss it with her nothing, stated will be discussed at some "meeting"this is why they have the rating they have.

This company was set up during my inpatient stay to come visit me once for treatment and then a second time to remove a midline that was placed during my stay. I am currently being evaluated for a liver transplant and have limited mobility. I was contacted by a nurse to set up a time today for them to come remove the line. We set up between 2:00-2:30 for her to arrive. At 2:40 no one had shown so I had to follow up.
