They installed the first stair lift in my home for the upstairs in my home in 2007 and have been servicing it since then. I just purchased a second lift from them for the basement. Excellent company selling and servicing a great product.
I don't write glowing reviews often, but these folks deserve it. Derek in Sales, Deanna in the office, and John the installer were all on top of their game. Perfect communication and follow-through. What a pleasure. My chair installation was careful, neat, well-done - - and it's working just fine.
Adaptive Environments was so helpful with our track lift system. My daughter has severe cerebral palsy and I have a very bad back. The rep., Derek, took time to understand our needs and the limitations of our condo. The installers, managed by Chase, were very dedicated. Friends recently had a similar track system installed in their house, based on my recommendation and are very pleased! I am now working with Derek on an addition to the existing track. I highly recommend Adaptive Environments!
They refuse to write down totals, they can't schedule an appointment that they can meet and their communication on repairs is terrible. I would NEVER recommend them again. Shifty at best.
Please run away as fast as you can. They are so arrogant, that they give an estimate that is $1,000.00 higher than the competition. They cost me thousands of dollars because they screwed up my relationship with the insurance company. Run away.
They are great people. Very friendly to work with. And you can tell they really care about each of their customers as individuals.
