Centrika is outstanding and and she's very helpful. She help with the information needed to be given her set up is fast prompt and effective.
Very displeased with service
Every year it takes 3-6 months to get paper work faxed over for disabled daughters medical supply renewal/ prescription. Spend hours waiting on call back, placed on hold, only to be put back on hold and call usually gets dropped. Only to be told it’s been faxed. Given then 3 fax numbers , and even an email to send it too. Dr office never received it. Someone is not doing their job. Sam issues every year. My totally disabled daughter is 20 yrs old. This company has changed from Mckesson and a few other ….it has not improved.
