Joe Kopic is our technician. He is thorough, accurate, and understanding of older individuals! He will take time to be sure we understand and are able to do what is required for safe usage of our adapthealth equipment. He is a very valuable asset to your company! After the initial drop off of equipment and set up, I was confused and uncertain as to details on the equipment and felt panicked. Called customer service. Joe came out and went thru everything. He is my go to guy from now on!!!
Service is for my son Jeff Burrington. The instructions were excellent and all staff we dealt with were friendly and knowledgable.
Adapt health when u don’t use your mask they call to make sure u are ok!! Like a check in and the staff are pretty cool when u call. My journey has been hairy I would fall asleep at the drop of a hat forget everything and I new I had sleep apnea. Appointments now a days could take 6months and I could tell I was getting worse. I ended up in the hospital for five days. And adapt health was on top of it I still sneeded someone with cause I still forget everything.
