very prompt and very helpful in explaining the equipment
New to CPAP. Got good instruction but they did not have correct size head frame for mask I preferred. Called and they ordered for me but delivery may take 7-10 days!! Using one that is too large makes mask fit difficult & harder to adapt to new CPAP use. Also suggest that appointments be 90 min instead of 60. I am a retired physician with knowledge of treatment of sleep apnea; I had questions about machine function that would take longer than 60 min.
