It has been four months and over 2-hours of phone calls and emails to try and correct an order from Feb '26. After a year and a half of reordering CPAP supplies, an order came in Feb with items for the wrong model of CPAP. I didn't open the order for a while, but when I did, all hoses, filters, mask, water tank, etc., were for a previous unit.
