Amazing customer service from Sara!
An embarrassment to customer service. Was promised a call from a manger. Never happened. Then lied to that I was called and spoke to a manager. Lost my paperwork for 12 days and then gave no explanation. No trust or integrity at this company
I had been working with Deborah F by email. She answered all my questions in a timely manner. When I called to place the order, I spoke with Sara who was very helpful in explaining things and helping me decide exactly what would work for me. Both of them were very professional and knowledgeable.
i was in a time crunch trying to get a new CPAP when my current one was malfunctioning and i was going to be traveling. after 3 weeks i had gotten nowhere going through my insurance. my husband recommended i call adapthealth marketplace as he had a good experience with them earlier this year. there was a wait time of approximately 30 minutes but when nicole picked up she was very efficient, knowledgeable and helpful. i thought i might have to get the expensive air mini travel unit with its required compatable hoses and masks... read more
