Severe Delays, Lack of Empathy, and Upsetting Patient Care. If you have a choice, do not use AdaptHealth. If your insurance forces you to use them, prepare to be your loved one's sole defender, because this company simply does not care about patient well-being. My father has had Multiple Sclerosis since 2013 and has been bedridden since 2020. Last Friday at 9AM, his semi-electric medical bed broke, stuck completely flat.
