Extremely frustrating experience with AdaptHealth. We were told we would receive about an hour’s notice before the wheelchair was picked up, so we planned accordingly. My mom works and cannot just leave work within a few minutes of receiving a phone call. Instead, we were repeatedly given very little notice and had to reschedule multiple times. Adapthealth has not protected my personal data and information about me because I just received a letter letting me know the security has been improved well I don’t believe that because if they cared about security I wouldn’t be getting phone calls from people trying to steal my identity by using my personal information they got from adaptive health this is very bad
The worst DME company in the state, avoid at all costs.
Adapt health has to be the worst medical supplier to me as a costumer. They give me a call 2 week before to confirm the medical supply delivery will be sent. I wouldn't receive the medical supply on time . So I would make a call to them and ask why I didn't get my medical supply. They would every excuse to why it wasn't sent. I would call my insurance company and ask them for help to get my medical supply from Adapt health. This terrible service has been going on for a year. If I could give zero stars, I would. Absolutely horrendous customer service. O have never felt so lost and so confused with a medical process in my life. I was hung up on, told to call other companies, and they had no idea what they were talking about most times and would just repeat themselves over and over again. Absolutely the WORST company I have ever worked with. Because of them, I no longer have my CPAP machine because of insane medical bills and the insane cost of a CPAP machine.
