Adapt health has to be the worst medical supplier to me as a costumer. They give me a call 2 week before to confirm the medical supply delivery will be sent. I wouldn't receive the medical supply on time . So I would make a call to them and ask why I didn't get my medical supply. They would every excuse to why it wasn't sent. I would call my insurance company and ask them for help to get my medical supply from Adapt health. This terrible service has been going on for a year. If I could give zero stars, I would. Absolutely horrendous customer service. O have never felt so lost and so confused with a medical process in my life. I was hung up on, told to call other companies, and they had no idea what they were talking about most times and would just repeat themselves over and over again. Absolutely the WORST company I have ever worked with. Because of them, I no longer have my CPAP machine because of insane medical bills and the insane cost of a CPAP machine. We went here to get my husband his Cpap machine. We had a very nice, knowledgeable technician to help my husband. However the trouble started when we went back for the second visit. It was very cold outside. We pulled up to the building and went to the door. There was a sign on the door to ring the bell which we did. No one came to the door - but the lights were all on. Was just hung up on, when they call me, with questions for my insurance, like my doctor's name... been the same doctor the whole time btw, now they think it's a doctor from 5 years ago. I answer all their questions and when I go to ask one, I get hung up on, I've had other issues with cpap supplies, after reading the reviews, I think I might just find another supplier.
