The employee that help me with the process of getting set up was very pleasant. She made everything easy to understand and sent me on my way.

Adapt Health picked up my oxygen equipment and the person who came was very nice!! Thank you! I am a bit unsettled though because AH had sent me an invoice for $4140 for this equipment from their recovery department. No phone call, email or text prior to the demand letter. This was very upsetting! After calling and talking to someone who was difficult to understand, I was finally told that the charges would be dropped if the equipment was returned. Why didn’t you (AH) just call me in the first place to ask to pick up?
