Very friendly and professional.
If I could give 10 stars, I certainly would! It makes me so happy to know there are people who truly love and enjoy doing their job. This place is proof of that; Shanon Byrd in the front desk who assists customers is always incredibly kind and looks for the best way to help.
I’ve been stuck in their intake process for over a month after my doctor sent my information to Adapt. Repeated calls - sometimes 8 in a row - yields either no response or someone unable to help me. I’ve spent hours calling and trying to get through to get the device I need, to no avail. Deeply disappointed because I’ve otherwise heard good things, but this was too much for me.
They are very helpful thank you very much for your service
