Been coming here for years...The new people and mgr are awesome shout out to Swheety mgr,great job from moment you enter to back out.. Awsome Nicholas is so very kind and very compassionate...I'm greatful I've moved back to Waxahachie..Metrocare really wasn't up to par for me..Happy/grateful for the care and diagnosis this location brings ..Oh ...go Teresa she's great

The most horrible customer service I’ve ever felt with FIRST IT WOULD BE GOOD IF THEY WOULD JUST ANSWER THE PHONE JUST SAYING
This place has great people that really care the only bad thing is every month at least one of my medications is not called in. Besides that I thank God for this place.
They NEVER answer the phone!
