Great staff they work you very well to come back stronger than ever

Awesome facility with a knowledgeable and pleasant staff. I spent 6 months working with Kery recovering from shoulder surgery and couldn’t be happier with the results. I highly recommend this facility for anyone seeking physical or personal training in the North Atlanta area.
Only the best experiences at ADAPT. Kery has helped me come back from two different injuries. Each time he was very patient and helpful with instruction and encouragement. Something that I really appreciated with his treatment was that he adapted it to my training blocks and helped me to safely continue to train. If something changed with my goals he made the necessary changes to my treatment plan in order to help me achieve those goals.
Have been going to Adapt consistently for close to a year now and only have the best thing to say. I work with Kery, and he’s the most knowledgeable, patient, and kind PT! Thanks to him I’ve gotten through 2 marathon blocks injury free
