Adapt is hands down the best place for ACL rehab, especially for people trying to get back into sports. I’ve been to a few physical therapy places to rehab my ACL, and Adapt was by far the best. I’ve been going to Adapt for the past 8 months after shoulder surgery, and Jimmy has been awesome throughout the recovery process. He’s helped me navigate every stage as I regained range of motion and strength and has always been willing to answer questions and provide guidance. Definitely grateful to Jimmy and the entire Adapt team.
Adapt PT was an integral part to my recovery journey from a running related injury. Kery is an expert at identifying and building a plan for recovery. He helped me to focus on targeted strength training and proper stretching - enabling me to return healthier and stronger. I successfully completed a training block for the Boston Marathon and had my best finish yet. Thanks to Kery and the Adapt team for all the support along the way!
