I am a better and stronger runner/athlete because of the staff at ADAPT. James trained me to get stronger during my marathon training and Allison helped me tremendously while recovering from injury. When you see and feel the work they do you understand why so many professional athletes trust them too.
Kery is amazing! I struggled with IT band syndrome after running the Publix ATL Marathon and could barely get past 2 miles in the month after without pain. Since working with Kery since mid April I have been able to ward off injury, become stronger by focusing on my imbalances, and ran with more volume than I ever have before!
ADAPT Physical Therapy is the place to be!!! I drive 3 hours each way, twice a week to bring my son to PT here!!! My son loves Jimmy and Kery. He wishes that he could come work out here everyday!!!
Went here for prehab and rehab after I tore my acl and had knee surgery. Jimmy and Chris really helped with the physical therapy and strengthening my knee. Still come here for strength training with TJ and do speed and agility with JT. They’re the best in Atlanta and keeping me healthy!!
I tore my ACL a year ago, and Adapt Physical Therapy got me back on my feet and keeps helping my knee stronger each visit.Chris walked me through each exercise with confidence and motivation, which made every session feel productive and got me back to my strong self. Jimmy pushed me just the right amount, and thanks to their personalized and expert care, I’ve made incredible progress—it’s the best ACL rehab I’ve experienced in Atlanta.
