Dr. Regine Jean-Louis at Adapt Physical Therapy is amazing! She is knowledgeable, attentive, and supportive throughout my knee prehab. Her guidance and personalized care have helped me feel more confident and prepared for surgery. I highly recommend her and Adapt Physical Therapy.
ADAPT has been a lifesaver for me. Every practitioner there is incredible professional and knowledgable and - even as a "mature" athlete - they understand that I don't want to just be pain free, I also want to continue to do the things that I love as I age. I highly recommend Jimmy and Adapt for physical therapy and recovery. I worked with him twice a week for a year through ACL surgery, and he made an incredible difference. He helped me build strength before surgery, then got both legs back to equal strength afterward—something I didn’t achieve after a previous Achilles surgery. Jimmy's compassion for his athletes is unrivaled, and that's what makes ADAPT so unique.
