I tore my acl playing football and got referred to do my rehab at adapt. I had a great experience here and glad I made the choice to go to adapt. I couldn’t recommend them more!!
I had a great experience working with Jimmy at ADAPT during my ACL recovery. Being my first major injury, I had a lot of unknowns going in, but Jimmy was incredibly knowledgeable and encouraging throughout the entire process. He helped me prepare in the days leading up to surgery and then guided me from the day after surgery through the next several months of recovery. Adapt Physical Therapy has been awesome! Chris has been guiding most of my sessions, with help from TJ, and they’ve both been great. They push me just the right amount, keep things safe, and I can already feel myself getting stronger and back in shape. Highly recommend!
Probably the best therapy in the city they strengthen my son and had him back in action within no time my son wants to still continue with strength and conditioning they are the best because they take their time and knows exactly what to work on 10 stars ⭐️ hands down
