Been a customer for 5 + yearsRaised my insurance from 201 to 270 a month with out my consent.. for liability on a car worth 3k..and a clean driving record.. your a trash company.. got a new policy/insurance company for under $200 with full coverage
This place is horrible customer services never go there they will try avoid payment to accommodate late fees. Avoid this place the manager there Aynelis Fonseca will make you waste your time and if you seating there only person there she will take calls instead taking care of you I wasted 3 trips to this place never could make payment just drive to Decatur and I live in summerlin what a waste of time. I think she is racist towards Latinos and being a latina.
