This place is horrible customer services never go there they will try avoid payment to accommodate late fees. Avoid this place the manager there Aynelis Fonseca will make you waste your time and if you seating there only person there she will take calls instead taking care of you I wasted 3 trips to this place never could make payment just drive to Decatur and I live in summerlin what a waste of time. I think she is racist towards Latinos and being a latina.
This insurance company is horrible. I have a perfect driving record no accidents. I was in a accident not my fault at all and they refused to help me. I advised the Adjuster I'd like the Diminished value of the car and refused I advise do not trust this insurance company. My policy went up over 100 dollars for no reason. Can't wait for my policy to be up to leave this trash company.
Angel who is my agent has always treated me with respect and professionalism he left one location and I am following him to which ever location he goes to that's how much I appreciate his customer Service
