Terrible experience with this insurance company. Let alone the terrible coverage they provide, they tell you one thing and do the complete opposite. I had 4 vehicles insured when we added a new 5th vehicle (which they charged us a fat fee to do) they’re system messed up my monthly auto pay and my policy was automatically canceled because of a late payment. Let me just start by saying stay far away from Fred Loya insurance as possible, but definitely stay away from this location specifically. AYNELIS AVILA who is bold enough to call herself the manager is the laziest, most unprofessional lady I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Been a customer for 5 + yearsRaised my insurance from 201 to 270 a month with out my consent.. for liability on a car worth 3k..and a clean driving record.. your a trash company.. got a new policy/insurance company for under $200 with full coverage
