I’ve been coming to adapt for 8 months now, and it’s just the best. All of the staff are so friendly and supportive, the equipment and space is clean, the other members are great and the kids area is PERFECT - you can see them easily and get your work out done. If you’re looking for a supportive, fun, safe and welcoming gym, look no further! 10/10
I’ve been going to Adapt since they’ve started up or close to and I have loved it. Best gym I’ve been apart of. Mitch and Parris have really created a great community and environment with the classes motivating me to do my best. I recommend anyone looking for a gym in the Somerville or Cranbourne area to give Adapt a try

I’ve really enjoy being part of this gym. The group classes are always motivating and help me become both physically and mentally stronger. As an older member, I was a little apprehensive at first, but it’s such a welcoming and supportive environment that it’s never felt intimidating. I’ve absolutely loved being part of this gym. I train here 5 days a week and also follow the nutrition program, which has made a huge difference. The trainers are amazing—always supportive, knowledgeable, and happy to help no matter what you need. The community is so welcoming, and I’ve made some great friends since joining. It’s a positive, motivating environment that makes you want to keep coming back. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a gym where you’ll feel supported every step of the way!
