Scheduled a session online per their instructions, showed up for my appt had to wait 30 mins for them to tell me that the system scheduled me in Austin (even though i picked Dallas) and that the trainer already had to leave for his personal appt and couldn’t see me later. They rescheduled me for Monday. I show up early and the trainer (same guy from prior session) tells me that they don’t have new pads for their Neufit machine and he was very sorry.
