Everyone there has been nothing but awesome I’ve been coming here for 10 months and I have zero complaints they make everything easy and the staff are amazing
I used to go to those "other guys" in Sterling Heights and it was ridiculous, no cell phones, you can't leave, be quiet! ADAPT has way more convenient hours! The wait time, if any, is very short, plus they are accommodating if you can not produce a sample immediately. The cost is less and the guy there that runs the place, I think it's Mike, AMAZING! I actually had a very positive experience with this facility. I needed a test conducted for licensing reasons, and I found all of the staff to be incredibly professional, friendly and civil. My results arrived significantly faster than I had anticipated. In addition, I did some shopping around and ADAPT was by a large margin the least expensive. I suspect some of the negative reviews are people frustrated that they have to do testing, and they are just taking it out on the people facilitating the test. In short, if you find ... read more
