Dustin was on time and professional. He did my ice maker service very efficiently and left a clean space. He has a nice friendly personality. A+
Its probably a good idea to let your drivers know jumping in front of a 18 wheeler at a red light just so he can be 1 car closer isn't safe. That gap we leave is to safely come to a stop. If I was a little heavier he probably wouldn't be going home to his family today. Hi, I am adding my review not because I am disappointed in the service given by the young man for my A/C but in the company itself. The young man was polite, but highly under trained. While performing services needed for my A/C, he needed to be guided for every step via virtual training during the process. As this would not normally cause alarm, it did once the cost of the repair was presented.
