Everyone I have spoke on the phone has NO Phone ettiquette, very rude, strong accents make it hard to understand them and they have been downright nasty. I would not recommend this place at All! Its hard enough for many people looking to recovery from different ailments, dealing with this facility will make it even harder for you. Your money is more important to them than your health! PERIOD!
