I can’t say enough about the staff here at Bayhealth Pediatrics in Milford. They are amazing and always do their best in getting you in for appointments. All the providers are not only skilled professionals but also compassionate. Thank you Dr E, Dr Allorto, Dr Afreen, Matlin, Katie, and all the other staff for all you do for my children and now granddaughter.
Unfortunately this healthcare provider is extremely disappointing. It started on Sunday when I called the on call provider for a high temperature in my 3.5 month old and did not receive a call back for over 2 hours. At which point, I had already taken him to urgent care and was sent to the hospital. On Monday, I was contacted to make a follow up appt for Tuesday at 1pm.
