Avoid this dealership at all costs. Extremely shady business practices such as trying to pass off the cost of repairs done on a used cars that this dealership sells. That is a cost of doing business, you don't purchase used cars at auction, fix them up and then charge the customer for those repairs. Not to mention, God forbid you get a used car from them that isn't reliable, this dealership will not stand by you and will argue the details of their OWN extended warranty covers. - no federal EV credits from Colonial Auto Group - Any IRS credits they offer for the new Honda Prologue MUST go through HONDA FINANCIAL. I thought this was an illegal business practice known as "tied selling" but apparently they can do that freely. Transferring Used Clean Vehicle Credits is not possible for used EVs or hybrids.
Accountability is something this dealership does not have. Service department will damage your car and tell you to deal with it through your own insurance. If you value your vehicle stay FAR away
