RecommendedI recently had a water pump fail in Holbrook, AZ on I-40 East. I had the pleasure of meeting Jason. He did an awesome job, very professional and timely repair in the middle of the night. If you want to be overcharged, this is your place. We paid for a repair, it was done incorrectly and caused good parts to fail. They don’t warranty their work, nor do they stand behind it. I would never do business with them again. In fact I would sooner pay to tow my vehicle to another state to be worked on before I let these people touch it again. Update * After speaking with the owner a resolution was reached and I was reimbursed the cost of having the work redone.

We do stand behind our work and even after exhuast systems that were not installed properly before coming to us and missing 2 of the mounting hangers! Your exhuast was burning out even! We never removed the exhaust but one bolt at the bracket of the tranny, but fixed it for no charge even tho we didn’t cause the failure! I do remember your husband saying that you have to use a come along or 2 people to force the exhuast into place. Sorry but not any of the after market kits we use! Walked into the shop and told the 'owner' I needed a diagnostic reading of an older motor home. I was told they would come to location later that day or possibly the following day. Never called - even the following day. I finally called them. They apologized stating they were very busy. They never made it there the following day, or the day after that, putting us off every time we called.
