We are a full service veterinary hospital seeing cats and dogs. We are there when your pet needs us. New extended hours from Friday - Tuesday (5 days open until Midnight). RecommendedNov 2, 2018 my Figaro had stones in his bladder, kidneys and a blocked Urethra. Adamson Vet Services were there to help my Figaro. He made a good recovery. March 3, 2019 my Domino had to go to Adamson's. They found he had a tumor in his liver. I had to make a hard decision.... They were very kind and helpful as I sobbed my heart out for my Domino. They gave me as much time as I needed. Adamson Vet Services were there for my two babies and me. I appreciate their services, even if the Rainbow Bridge decision had to be made.

They were so kind and understanding and were very attentive to Marley’s needs. She was wobbly after her procedure and brought a big fuzzy blanket for her to rest on. The Doctor explained what was happening to our girl and what to anticipate. She was thorough and very knowledgeable and put us at ease with her gentle demeanor. They didn’t gouge me with a giant bill afterwards either. I highly recommended this practice.

Took my 16 year old dog Lacey in 2 years ago when she couldn't stand. Dr. Brooks said it was arthritis and gave her a pain pill. An hour later Lacey was having seizures and had to be put to sleep. Dr. Brooks said the seizure couldn't be a side effect of the drug. A simple Google search determined that Dr. Brooks either lied or that she doesn't know the side effects of the drugs she prescribes. I am sorry you had such a poor experience. I pulled Lacey's chart and saw that we prescribed VetProfen (carprofen) for pain. Plumbs Veterinary Drug handbook states that adverse reactions are gastrointestinal related reactions and no where does it mention seizures as a side effect. I am not sure what Google search you performed, but when I did a Google search I did not find anything that indicated that carprofen caused seizures. Perhaps you misspelled the word and found information on some other medication. I have prescribed ... read more
