Two different occasions in the last 6 months I tried calling to get my dog in (who is established there) and the person who answered the phone (both times) has been overly rude and not helpful. I work in healthcare and could never imagine talking to patients or family members the way this lady speaks to people. I DO HOWEVER, love the veterinarian..It's sad and unfortunate but maybe she shouldnt be answering the phone and be the first contact when people call. This week I found a new veterinarian service.
