My review is 0. New home built on swamp and never was disclosed. With my new home I had backup in home with much damage and Dr Horton refuses to help now yard backing up and had a professional here to see the problems of drainage. Water under foundation yet Dr Horton still doesn’t take any responsibility. My advice is to never buy a Dr Horton home. Not just me but others. Having to file a lawsuit to help which I hate to do bc nothing but drama. Plz check out all lawsuits against them and think again if u purchase from them. ... read more
