Oh my goodness I started only coming beginning of Feb to james Contris and now a few weeks later I'm doing way better. I came since my jaw was very stiff and painful to open and my left shoulder I was told that it had arthritis and just with this little time both have pretty much improved to where I almost don't need to come anymore. Hes just amazing.
Dr Adamson is the best. She can help with back issues and many other ailments. Massage options as well.
Dr.Adamson is knowledgable, kind and professional. Ava is friendly and helpful! They seem to take a lot of insurances as well. Previously I have been seeing Dr.Contris. He takes diligent notes from activities to habits, takes extra time when needed on problem areas, holds great conversation, and creates an environment which feels safe and comfortable.
