Pros: Quick Maintenance (next business day for non-emergency), Fairly Safe (nothing is 100%) Cons: Over Priced, Does Not Enforce Noise Policy I lived in Adams Village for 3 years, which can be good or bad. My initial neighbors were quiet and easy to get along with. When a new neighbor moved next door, I found out the older apartments seem to have less noise proofing (older apartments are closer to road I think).
