Odd little spot I stopped in here one morning when I needed a cup of coffee & a wireless connection. The decor is nice, the chairs don't really support lounging, and the service was strange. Not bad, just strange. The owner (I think) was baking cakes for a catering order. My bagel came wrapped in plastic, with a tiny tub of cream cheese - not exactly the crusty happiness I usually expect for the cost of a coffee shop bagel. My coffee was decent, but not exciting. Coffee on Campus This new little coffee shop opened up last school year right on the campus of western Illinois University. The prices are fare. The only complain that I have is that they do not serve any sort of straight (drip) coffee. They can make an americano, which is essentially the same thing, but not.
