Area is safe and quiet, apartments are on average pretty with two parking spots usually included. Property managers is on top of any request of maintenance. The main issue is that the sound insulation on walls or floors does not exist so you can hear any type of noise, from walking to close a drawer or a sliding door. This can badly escalate if the neighbor has a heavy foot or talk loud.
Great place to rent from. The property management company (Chamberlain) is very responsive and the landlords at this property (Carol and Sam) are decent people who keep a clean premises. I extremely appreciated how accommodating they while sufficient info to someone moving in from out-of-state.
