Management and maintenance are very nice and reasonable, however there's a mice infestation problem. The building is very old and there's not much they can do about the mice problem. I was seeing mice in my unit almost everyday. Then I was moved to another unit hoping the issue would be resolved, but to no avail. I couldn't take it anymore so I gave my 14 day notice and stayed in a hotel until I could find something.
