My partner and I moved in about 2 or so weeks ago and unfortunately in that time frame we have experienced a significant amount of issues within the apartment unit. However, the maintenance men and leasing agent, Travis are very quick to help and make sure all is well. I am impressed there. Overall a great community, very quiet. Good apartment for the price.
It has been rough at times since Next Wave took this property over. But I will say that the onsite manager, Travis, goes above and beyond to make any issues right.
Free donuts, big whoop. The issued parking passes when we moved in, but apparently it's never enforced. If you work late nights, forget about finding a parking spot when you get home.
This place is definitely affordable but the common area maintenance fee is ridiculous. 25 dollars a month on top of other fees, yet the laundry room is constantly filthy and it smells bad. Theft is a problem there too, so might as well just go to a laundromat instead. Oh and dog poop, dog poop everywhere and our hallways smelled like cat pee.
