I've been calling them half the day to get someone out to clear a backed up sewer line. No one answers or calls back. Its ridiculous. If i could give them a 0 rating i would.
We had a clogged sewer line that was already "cleaned out" by a competitor. It was not. Todd found the issue using a camera and fixed it promptly and professionally. Him and his staff were also courteous and timely, and the price was better than the competitors. I highly recommend Adams Septic & Sewer Services.
Not sure why they have 5 stars. I can't even get them to call back so I can set up an appointment.
Came out in a downpour and researched sewer problem and referred to GPSD - knows his stuff and saved me money - THANKS!
