Extremely disappointed. Booked an office move for 8am. Got told the day before they would be there by 12pm. Called the office at 12:15pm to be told the driver was “on the way”. 1:30pm called again. Driver still on the way. The office apparently did not know their driver’s schedule. They finally arrived at 2:45pm. This meant the move was not completed until 1:30am and this is with calling in friends to help carry many items to and from the truck.
