Bought a Hubble home I still live in at the start of COVID. We had water issues immediately in the crawl space. I reported it a couple of times during the warranty period and was told it’s normal and isn’t an issue. I got a lecture about how it’s new build issue and once the soil is established I won’t see it after a few years. 4-5 years later it’s just as bad and is damaging the insulation and making the exposed wood damp. Unfortunately i have to give a star in order to leave a review but DO NOT BUY at adams ridge, they have huge flooding issues and they won't take responsibility or answer any emails, this happens every year. My kids playground is rotting already.
