Bought a Hubble home I still live in at the start of COVID. We had water issues immediately in the crawl space. I reported it a couple of times during the warranty period and was told it’s normal and isn’t an issue. I got a lecture about how it’s new build issue and once the soil is established I won’t see it after a few years. 4-5 years later it’s just as bad and is damaging the insulation and making the exposed wood damp.
