Have just sold our property via Adams, but definitely would not recommend. Friendly enough in gaining the listing, but, then, comms go decidedly downhill. Very little in the way of expectations management. Repeated requests for information that has been provided. Completely removed from the closing process. Give the impression that recommendations, referrals, and repeat business are not a priority. Accept no accountability what-so-ever.
