Adams picked up my fairly new John Deere tractor 4 weeks ago and still has not yet looked at it. When I called them, they could not even say when they will be able to look at it. Perhaps you should not had picked up or told customers that you only have one mechanic working it.

Finally got tired of Echo and Husqvarna chain saws. Bought a Stihl 271, Adams sales team was great. As far as the saw... don’t waste your time with the others go right for the Stihl. The saw has amazing power and cuts any wood like butter.
I question the qualifications of the staff. My cousin got quoted a ridiculous price to fix her snow blower. She decided to get a second opinion. She was glad she did because it was a simple fix at a very reasonable price. After she posted about her experience on social media , others have come forward with simlar stories. I also have watched a delivery driver have straps hand off the bed of his truck several times in the last couple of weeks and just a few days ago watched as something fell off the truck on rt 55.
