After receiving an unusually high water bill, I called Adam about a suspected leak. He was able to come over the next day and texted me on his way; great communication. He looked at the water meter and could see dripping right there. But to be thorough, we walked the perimeter of the entire house looking for wet areas, as well as looking at all the toilets and faucets inside the house.
