Trust the negative reviews and hire a real Denver contractor.. what an absolute rollercoaster these folks took me on, overall dishonest and totally unreachable after the check cleared. Glad I got the wits to hire someone who knows what they're doing

Missed the two hour window. I called multiple times before finally getting a call back with no info. Got a text 1 hour after the two hour window saying they would be even later. A response 5 months later is totally appropriate. You were late to the appointment and late in responding.

I had a customer who needed some minor work including a new hose bib. They do not provide quotes and they charge based upon their time. They overcharged for the service and parts and then continue to bug you for payment. I did not find a new hose bib anywhere for $100 for just the part. I will never use the company again.

My landlord installed a propane heater using theses guys. It's constantly having small problems. They somehow thought it would be a solution to drill holes into my floor so now I have a constant cold draft that I can't do anything about. Yet again, it has problems and needs a new igniter... but they no call, no show the appointment without even an apology. And then telling me that "they're sorry that they're not up to my standards" when I suggested that they be more professional.
