Mr Carman was the master plumber and he did a great job at a fair price but he has retired and while his daughter still runs the company, so now Micky does all the work. Well that is if he able to or feels like it. He is lazy, dishonest and has limited knowkedge. More than once, now he's come up with the wrong diagnostic and a bunch of baloney to exagerate how hard a job it is ( when its pretty straight forward) so he can inflate the job... plus he has a scary sidekick ... sadly after so many years I wont be using them anymo... read more

I spent over 10K with these people. I had a problem that needed to be addressed and here is what happened. I tried calling them at 4:30 PM and waited on hold and no one answered. Called back 30 minutes again and got there emergency line left 2 messages no return phone call. Sent a test message no reply. At the least someone should have called me back or returned my text.
