A better family run company you'll not find. I worked for them for several years up till Y2K. The absolute best employers to work. Mr Adams and his sons would do anything they could for you. I hope one of the Adams boys reads this. I had the utmost respect for your Dad. He was like a father to me and when mine passed he gave me all the time I needed to grieve and take care of the estate in Texas. It was truly a pleasure to work for the Adams family
After several years of being a customer, I'm considering moving my business. Other reviews complain about not getting their phone calls returned and I know why. I called a week ago and no one ever called me back. If this is how they treat customers when things are fine, how will they be treated if they had a real issue with their home? Considering my options.
Today we experienced the infestation of army worms. If you're not familiar with this pest- they can destroy your yard down to dirt in a few days. 2 weeks later the cycle continues and the worms/catapillars actually become more aggressive. I called adams on a Friday afternoon, concerned I wouldn't have grass remaining Monday.. Chris- took the call and showed up a little after 5:00. On a Friday. The staff are polite, patient and professional and they all treat you like you mean something to them and the exterminators are very attentive, listen to you and sho that they care about what is happening at your home.
