TL;DR: The apartments are small, overpriced, and management is an actual joke. Find somewhere else to live. I'd give a 0 if I could. My partner lived here for 3 years. Loud neighbors who scream profanity at each other and bang around well past 10pm were never spoken to even after multiple phone call complaints with video evidence. Management banned doorbell cameras claiming they were "a violation of private space" when NY state law says that cameras are acceptable in spaces where there is no reasonable expectation of privacy... read more
Extremely unprofessional and poor communication. My husband and I paid $25 each for the application fee and never heard back from the complex after submitting everything they requested. No updates, no follow-up, no clear communication. Just complete silence. For a process that costs applicants money, you would expect at minimum a timely response or some transparency. If I could rate this place a zero i would. I’ll start off by saying everyone in the leasing office are great. That’s THE ONLY positive about this place. I’ve lived here for 2 years and am finally moving. For $1550 a month (not including utilities) I have had the displeasure of dealing with many issues including the first week i started living here my car Was stolen out of the parking lot and then a few weeks later I had some random guy standing outside my window for 4 hours, as a single young women this was very unpleasant… ... read more
The online application keeps crashing when you want to replace / delete a co applicant, i mean like how many different devices do i need to use and how many times do i have to refresh the page to get things working even with all the cookies on whoever manages the website you gotta do better
