Applied over 3 times. Was supposedly getting help from associate ebony and her instructions weren’t clear. Made us apply over 3 times to just deny every time. Next time be clear with your instructions when dealing with stuff like this. Waste of time and money.
As a new immigrant, finding a safe and welcoming home for my family was critical. Adams Apartments proved to be a great choice. The property is older but very well-maintained, and the neighborhood feels safe and secure. Special thanks to Ebony Townsend, the leasing manager, who handled our entire inquiry and move-in process seamlessly. Very friendly staff (Ebony) during tour and extremely thorough with all needed information, grounds and units well maintained, would definitely recommend
So today I have an appointment at 2 o’clock with the new manager and Ebony. I think Adam Apartments is gonna be better. Ebony is always good every time I call her. and meeting a new manager I feel good about Adam Park Apartments
The neighborhood is so beautiful and Ms Ebony is a godsend. She was so helpful and nice and made sure to give us everything we needed and more. She goes above and beyond to make sure you’re comfortable. I love!!!
