Please reconsider renting from here. My sister lives there but we are in the process of looking for another apt for her. With what I’ve witnessed there in my opinion is shameful and they don’t care about the safety of tenants in my opinion. TL;DR: The apartments are small, overpriced, and management is an actual joke. Find somewhere else to live. I'd give a 0 if I could. My partner lived here for 3 years. Loud neighbors who scream profanity at each other and bang around well past 10pm were never spoken to even after multiple phone call complaints with video evidence. Management banned doorbell cameras claiming they were "a violation of private space" when NY state law says that cameras are acceptable in spaces where there is no reasonable expectation of privacy... read more

Extremely unprofessional and poor communication. My husband and I paid $25 each for the application fee and never heard back from the complex after submitting everything they requested. No updates, no follow-up, no clear communication. Just complete silence. For a process that costs applicants money, you would expect at minimum a timely response or some transparency.
