I haven't live in the apartment yet but we just got a tour and application aid from Ebony Townsend and she was AMAZING!!! So incredibly sweet, so patient with us as we had computer problems, worked with us to make everything easy and achievable, really took the extra mile to help us. If you wanna get in this complex I would specifically ask for Ebony, she was the absolute best!!
The manager should be more upfront when discussing application requirements, so applicants don’t waste time or pay unnecessary application fees.
I had a fantastic experience applying for and moving in with Adams Park. Ebony was my point of contact for the application process and I was more than impressed with her profession pleasantness. Ebony was phenomenal throughout the entire process. She called me back in less than 24 hours after applying, was so pleasant to work with, and made everything incredibly smooth!
Ms Ebony Townsend, a great lady. Very knowledgeable about the property. She was able to answer all my questions and she kept her cool I spite of all the traffic in the office, it was just a great experience. Thanks Ebony for your time and your willingness to help I really appreciate it.
Cannot say anything about the reality of living in/leasing from Adams park. What I can say is that the initial application process and tour has been stress free. Ebony has been extraordinarily helpful. She addressed problems before I even had to ask questions, and seems committed to making sure I am properly informed prior to signing a lease. I intend to rent here, and, if you’re looking, you should consider it, too.
