My husband drove 2 hours to trade 2015 rzr high lifter for a 2017. After an hour was told would not take on trade because there was a little slack in steering-bearings was recently replaced and power steering fluid was low-it's an electric pump-so no fluid. Apparently this tech doesn't know what he's talking about. Oh well you missed out on this good customer. Your loss and definitely someone else's gain.
I went Adams to a ask a question about my 2014 Polaris ranger XP 900 that recently lost all throttle response from the foot peddle. I went to the parts counter for a starting point and was politely taken to the service managers office. He ask how he could help and I explained the issue. He gave good friendly advice and offered several options to follow up. Hats off to those guys because I called Rockey Mountain in conyers GA where I bought it and after being on hold way too long the service manager (claimed to be lead tech) ... read more
