I have been a patient of Dr Adams for the last eight years but recently have decided to leave his practice based on his recent fees added to my bill for Covid 19. These additional fees were recently cited by the Attorney General in MA for failure to inform patients of additional costs associated with Covid 19. This fee was not explained prior to my appointment and was added to final my payment. The MA AG cited this practice as deceptive and unethical.
Dr Michael Adams is one of the best dentists, or maybe I should say artists, that I have ever known. He is a perfectionist him his work and after all, that’s what you want Ina dentist. He’s wonderful!
He has been my dentist for 20+ years, and his entire practice has always been both professional and personable. In addition to routine maintenance/teeth cleanings and xrays as needed, Dr. Adams has provided me with requisite fillings, gold crowns, porcelain crowns, a bite guard and occasional cosmetic repairs of my teeth. I have nothing but the highest praise for him and for his associates
