Was on the front lines against the extortion methods and racketeering practices of HOA collection companies in Nevada. He won several class action suits vs these companies and was a leader in getting them to change their practices. I have worked with him on other cases and he gets great results. His only challenge is sometimes he is not timely to return communications as he is very busy. We need more lawyers like this in the community who fight on the right side of justice.

I rate him a a five star for seeking justice for people "Joe Homeowner" that have been bamboozled by Republic Services Las Vegas. I am calling him tomorrow and hope to continue with a great review. And a five star I am willing to give him a huge contingency if he helps me and I am sure he will!

I would not recommend this attorney when hiring an attorney. 1. Doesn't respond timely, 2. charges too much to even make it profitable to collect on a debt, 3. weak. We had someone we were trying to collect from who would of settled instead he essentially forced them into a bankruptcy, I would of rather had something not nothing what was the point of paying legal fees for a loss.
