When hiring an attorney I would not recommend this attorney, doesn't respond timely and charges to much to even make it profitable to collect on a debt. We had someone we were trying to collect from who would of settled instead he essentially forced them into a bankruptcy, I would of rather had something not nothing what was the point of paying legal fees for a loss.
